Our Vision
At Harmony Farm, we are dedicated to a world where every individual, regardless of ability or background, feels safe, valued, and empowered. We provide a sanctuary where children and young people with Special Educational Needs, can grow in confidence, creativity, and well-being. Through the healing power of nature, connections with animals, and nurturing relationships, we aim to inspire resilience, happiness and a sense of belonging. Our vision is to weave together, animals, and the land, creating a space where differences are celebrated, potential is discovered, and lives are enriched.
Located in Fareham Titchfield, we collaborate with local authorities and high schools to enhance our educational offerings, ensuring that each participant receives an enriching experience crafted to their unique needs. Our commitment is to foster confidence and independence through hands-on learning.
Harmony Farm has been a huge success for my daughter. My daughter gets very anxious of new situations and new people and will often shut down and not speak to anyone new. However Sam has been patient and given her the time to get used to being with her and being at the farm.
My daughter loves animals so it is a perfect place for her to feel safe and happy whilst learning new skills such as lunging horses and animal care. My daughter now has a trusted adult she can open up to who is able to give her the space and confidence to speak, whilst also enjoying being with the animals.

I recommend Harmony Farm for many reasons.
I myself have struggled with anxiety for many years and have struggled to go to new places. I started working with Harmony Farm mid 2023 and it took me a while but i became calmer and relaxed. I felt safe at Harmony Farm because Sam didn't rush me and she let me go at my own pace.
Sam introduced me to Apollo and ruby who i fell in love with. They are the most kind horses and i talked to them all the time. Tawny is the sweetest Shetland and her best friend ody is an out going donkey. He loves cuddles and scratches. Sam's Farm has helped me in many ways, where i knew i could feel how i was feeling and wasn't being judged just surrounded by loving animals who love cuddles. Sam pushed me out of my comfort zone but in the best way possible. I have learned responsibility at Harmony Farm. Once i became comfortable Sam gave me the trust and respect and let me help with jobs such as mucking out, hay nets, cleaning up the yard and my favourite grooming.
Knowing i had a responsibility made me feel more successful. Harmony Farm is a wonderful family of many types of animals but it's not just animals. When you join Harmony Farm you become their family too. I hope other people will be able to experience what i have experienced at Harmony Farm
